Let me introduce myself, I am V.G.Karnataki, basically a Mechanical Engineer and ISO-9000 Consultant, 62 years old, Mumbai based, offering community services and teaching/conducting Yogic Classes, Work-shops, Seminars etc.
I am Founder and Director of “Yoga Sanskar Niketan” Mumbai, India, and having Fitness/Exercise/Gym back-ground too!
I have completed Diploma in “Teachers’ Training Course” of ONE year from “Yoga Vidya Niketan” Mumbai, India and have more than 8years experience in Yogic field.
I have Knowledge of activity and ability to demonstrate activity with strong oral communication skills. Able to work with a diverse group of people effectively and diplomatically and having strong customer service skill. I capable to manage difficult situations involving participants handle situations with patience, good judgment, and with diplomacy. Able to build and maintain strong participant enrollments.
I train/teach/conduct the following Yoga Classes/Work-Shops/Seminars based on Patanjali Yoga/Hatha Yoga for different ailments/diseases for the benefits of the community members:-
(A) General Yoga :-For the different patients to suit their requirements.
(1) Controlling Diabetes through Yoga
(2) Asthma – Yogic Programme.
(3) Back ache and Neck ache – Yogic Programme.
(4) Stress Management - Yogic Programme
(5) Controlling Hypertension and/or Rehabilitation of Heart Patients – Yogic Programme
(6) Ante-natal/Pre-natal and Post-natal-Yogic Programme (For Normal/Ordinary and pregnant women)
(7) For Students – Development of Memory including concentration andYogic Programme.

“If you want a “Whole” (Alert, Attentive, Brilliant, Healthy, Receptive and Intelligent. etc) baby, you (parents) must be “Whole” parents! Without considering Indians, Americans, West dad, East mom, it is very important and most essential to educate and imbibe ‘Good Values’ (Sanskar) to the fetus to have a ‘Whole’ baby, later on responsible as well as respective citizen of the nation.
”Yoga-Garbha-Sanskar”—Educating the Fetus and Yoga- (Educating good values to the fetus i.e. Sanskar which is based on Science, latest technology and Spiritual and music Therapy) in Marathi and English, with live demonstration of “Pre-natal and Post-natal Yogic Programmes”
The said unique programme is becoming very famous and popular in Mumbai (Bombay) and part of Maharashtra State of India.
