The website provides all essential information. I did not have to contact them to know any info I needed. May be a sign of how much they care. Refer the exhaustive FAQ section (http://hioxindia.com/faq/index.php).

I have not received any reply from Dell's customer support yet regarding this. Today it is the 3rd day.
Why do they need the customer’s service tag? This is a problem with Dell’s system. The system by which they serve the customer should get corrected! I mean they should not be correcting it because, some one has complaint about it. Hope you get it.
I sent a mail also regarding this on monday, I am yet to get a reply.
The call time was just before 11 AM today. This is the number I called : 1800 425 2067. My call was transfered to the technical support department. Rest is in the post.
