Shikhir you should be at least a little happy that u got some product n they reply to ur mail, as even though i m in Bangalore i didn't get my product in two weeks or any communication from their side (order confirmation, shipping details etc.) nor any reply to my several mails and calls. just now i read more...

Whatever this guy is telling is a lie.. as 100 best buy customer care do not reply at all...tried more than 100 times n mailed thrice..but no response yet..in 12 days after i made the payment..there is no communication from their side and i have not received the shipment yet...this website has their read more...
