I too agree with this feedback. They will take all the package amount and will not provide agreed services. I too boocked a toure package for Kullu, Manali (my visit was from 11th May to 15th May). Nothing will happen to log on greviance. They will give one more number and advise you to call on that. And you will be hearing same story again and again. Kent has one of the worst after sale service.

you can not get all the product range but some are available. You can visit to Croma, next to Central , J P Nagar. It has three products Symphony HiCool, Sumo and one more.
