None of the issues have been addressed by the builder. Now the latest is the builder is walking away from maintenance with 3 days notice without handing over any account. Please stay away from these crooks.

I think the reviewer meant, they have NOT provided any club house even after 5 Years. Completely agree with all points. Now we have to go though legal struggle to make HM do what ever they promised.

We did not try to open. The box looked fine and so we just paid and opened after couple of hours .

Yes. They have world class sales person to sell apartments after making many false promises. Once you start staying in the apartment, then only you will come to know. May I know what are the facilities they are giving? HM world city is supposed to have more than 1500 apartments and we do not even ha read more...

You call this as Luxury? Looks like you never have seen any luxury apartments? Can you imagine a luxury apartment with out a tennis court and a proper play area for kids? They do not have any clubhouse. They got just one swimming pool. They show in their brochure big clubhouse and took money from us. I booked the apartment in 2004 and moved into my apartment in 2008.
