Again the technicians came to attend to the complaints and after repeated try they lifted their hands n informed they can get a max download speed of 30 kbps. Informed them to refund the money paid and they agreed to pay back in 20 days. After 30 days and 2 reminders they called me and told they wil read more...
Finally they agreed to give the refund to me. Is there any option to prosecute them legally for giving wrong commitment and taking the consumer for a ride? any legal experts here ???

this is true and the download speed is not more than 30 kbps in off peak time and it is less than 20 kbps in peak hours.
