I dont understand, if you were already at a US Airways hub, why would they send you to Pittsburgh (a minor hub) Common sense would of told you to get a direct flight out of Charlotte ( the main hub and also their biggest hub out of the four)

Delta is okay until you try US Airways. Even though delta is a nice airline, they are very overpriced for what litte they give you. I have flown delta myself. I wasn't impressed.

I don't know what you are talking about. US Airways is the best! It is true that customer service sucks but overall the airline is pretty good. Hopefully the next time you fly you will have better service.

You must live in Atlanta or Salt lake City? No offense but Delta sucks! US Airways is the best. Try them out. US Airways has more hubs than Delta does. Charlotte, Philadelphia, Phoenix and Las Vegas are their hubs. Now compare the two. Fly with the Star Alliance instead of the Sky Team!
