No compensation or any additional benifits were offered on this delayed transaction except for the oral assurance that the issue will not repeat!
received response, remit2india managed to trace the funds this week. Have been told the issue will not repeat and measures have been taken to ensure timely transfer! Thanks to mouthshut.com..
