I agree with you. they are big cheater My reference number is 28739713. order date 21 Jan 2014. Every three to four days, I contact customer care they say the product will be sent the coming Monday or Friday .but they people never shipped till date. Then i want my money back.

You are right Ar1709. they don't return because I am facing same more then one year.
Your one week is over and your account department is also a fraud. my issue can't solve.
How long procedure for your account dept. you know I was right give me complain number and call summery. Its time to do something lawful.
