Hmmm ... this is strange. As everyone can see, someone from Snapdeal asked me to share the order ID, as if they are going to address my complaint. Why do you have to wait until a customer writes a review, to look into the complaint? Can't you take care of this proactively? In any case, this is my order ID - 14961079486. I would feel happy if it gets resolved at least through this channel.

I don't think rediff deserves even a one star rating. I think they are one of the worst shopping portals around, playing with customers' time and money.
