Hmmm ... this is strange. As everyone can see, someone from Snapdeal asked me to share the order ID, as if they are going to address my complaint. I shared the order ID 4 days back, with a hope that someone from Snapdeal will contact me and address my complaint. I think I was hoping for too much. No read more...
Why do you have to wait until a customer writes a review, to look into the complaint? Can't you take care of this proactively? In any case, this is my order ID - 14961079486. I would feel happy if it gets resolved at least through this channel.

I don't think rediff deserves even a one star rating. I think they are one of the worst shopping portals around, playing with customers' time and money.
