No use. LG guys are very clever in managing the customers. CSR's give mobile numbers/mail ids of higher authorities to make customers feel better but you do not get service. Their promises are false promises. If you compare FOX (wild animal) and LG, FOX loose the race. Hope u understand.

Hi Kiran, There is no use to call service center. Get a mail id of vice-president of LG sales dept. Make a mail directly to him and if possible call him also. In my case they were not ready to give a new one, so I dealt with my dealer somehow, changed my brand(gone for another brand.). Right no read more...
