Updates: Two years on, this thing is working fine. Complaints were resolved by the service center in due course, and I am happy about the product.

you'll see the true colours of their company when you visit their service center. Even roadside automobile garages are cleaner and have more competent people than the one's who sit in the service center!(No personal attack intended, its just my personal experience with Zenith)
