Yes their quality is not upto mark and worst part is even if it gets damaged due to quality issue they don't exchange or return the item. They say it is washed. Obviosly so many people try at home and return for hygiene issue people will wash and then wear after a first try.

Perfect....dont go in name of HP service...They have one of the poorest customer care service..Most of the people are facing same problem...for me also motherboard,keyboard and more got changed in same configuration. last month they changed my DVD drive (HP Mahaelectronics Bangalore) and guess what. read more...
