Do not believe. If you have paid online then only you can claim for refund. As far as 100bestbuys.com contest are concerned there is lot of online debate going on for being fake/real.

I would request you then complaint in RB here is link. https://secweb.rbi.org.in/BO/precompltindex.htm . Ples mention details and also if possible take snapshot in jpeg format and attach. Pls wait for week or 2 week to get reply from RBI. Hope this helps you.
Pls follow process of issue reporting till Nodal office and then take help of RBI Odusman.

Dear Yebhi, As I said on telephonic conversation I was/am in no mood to raise this as issue with Yebhi. I don't understand why you consider this as issue. This is not for yebhi.com it is for mouthshuts.com's reviewer.
