Yes. True, prices r competetive, but delivery time lag and Customer follow up are two Grey areas this site has to catch up with, very fast , for survival.

In my case they were very generous. The offer was for the Mobile and was ordered on behalf by someone else. On receipt the Container Box had an adhesive Label offering a SONY Head Phone 'FREE'.
