It varies from station to station. Mumbaikars are professionals!! Delhites are unprofessional to the core. It varies similarly!

Looks will not help u at 35000ft. You can redefine as phyisical fitness on air. Only physically very fit people should be made to fly on air.Rest all should be grounded.

Hi! It was really too much to pay 600$ for bangkok-gauhati return flight. Well next time dont buy any ticket in isolation.You buy direct tickets from ur international destination and you get mileage extension benefits.You could have saved about some 400$ by the way of doing it.So educate the agent read more...

These websites are maintained by NIC, National informatic centre. Its high time that they should outsource or maintained by them directly. I agree with you madam regarding that aspect of service. But ,the airline is run to the whims and fancies of the civil aviation ministers in succession. They can go to an extent of withdrawing connection or even cancelling flights of important routes, just to serve the interest of his or her cons read more...

Of late I also came across many cancellations . They gave some 'out of their hands' reasons but they were quite considerate in providing alternate arrangements like transferring to jet airways without any extra pinch on my purse.But other airlines does not even entertain this when travelling on the read more...
