Geetkamal, Thats really bad! I hope you are felling better now after the Tickets are finally rescheduled. But this is quite annoying to hear the waiting time on Toll free is 40 minutes!!! I guess they game the Customers to discourage them from calling.
Update: The new replaced Handset had problem with Power Port within 3 months of replacement. After several complaints nobody bothered to help and I was again asked to approach jaipur. I finally had to shell out money in my city and get it repaired.
Update : I had finally sent the Blackberry Handset to Jaipur on my cost and risk, after inspection the service center assured the replacement of unit. However as expected Reliance do NOT have even 1 new piece of 8830 in whole jaipur! Mumbai Customer care mailed me that it will take almost 10 friggin read more...

Is there a way you could atleast bring this into notice of Consumer Court? This is a serious crime by Airtel. I have had such incidence too which forced me to always keep 2 mobile connections.
Infact most of the online Travel Companies are following same trend and lack in after sale services! This is forcing them to mix up an offline business Model. I wish you get the refund back ASAP
