Just got a M2M here from Yatra again and they have triggered the sleeping lion. Am back from my Tour. Will share the experience shortly. However, a brief update on Yatra is -- we have still not received any refund / answers to the mails for refund for the london trip. YATRA do sucks big time.

Update from today: 11th May They could not get the passports from the consulate again (!!##*&). And they even say we got the visa, which I seriously have questions about how they know this without having the passport. Update from today: Today they reverted back saying that we will most probably get the passports and other documents about flight details etc. tomorrow between 7pm-8pm i.e 11th May. We are supposed to report to the airport at midnight i.e 11th Midnight - 12th Morning. My parents have already star read more...

I am having a similar experience with Yatra.com regarding my Europe tour. Till we paid the entire amount we used to get regular calls from them. Today's Update - 9th May - I have not yet heard anything from Yatra.com regarding my VISA or anything regarding travel. 11th we are supposed to fly to the Europe tour. Update - 7th May : 6-30 pm - Sent Yatra.com a mail with Booking Reference Number around 1 p.m. It's 5.5 hrs and have not received any revert from them. They fall flat on their words again.

Today's update - As requested by Yatra.com care, here on mouthshut, have sent them my booking ref number a couple of hours ago. Now let's see if some action is being taken or it's just another false promise from them.

I guess Yatra has the same feedback for such grievances. All they need to do is change the profile name they are addressing the mail to - Copy Paste the matter and leave it to happen for nothing beyond that.

Todays Update - Still revert on one of the queries is pending. That means now they want me to co-ordinate directly with a third party i.e the agent who does Visa for them. Haven't seen such a pathetic service from any other company operating in service sector.
