They are also people who threaten to sew us. When taking the connection they told I had to pay extra for the modem and took extra money and now asking for Rs.2500 or they will sew me. See their mail below:

They are just having a meaure of water and stopping the water filtering and making us just buy filter and making money. Bunch of cheats.
Yes, of course, resetting you can go for another 100+ Litres of water. But for me after that the filtering stopped and the GKK1 and GKK2 lights both are gree but nothing happens and also the motor is not working. Anyone got any similar situation and any solution. Looking forward.
Very much true once you reset you can get at least another 100 L of water. This is my condition. After that both GKK1 and GKK2 both light green only , but now no water filtering is happening and don't hear the motor inside running.
Today again I am trying to contact customer care number and trying to activate international but that too says not able to do as have technical problem. Nothing works properly. I think going forward we need to keep the money in our hand instead of putting in the bank.

Hi on 4th August did register with Exalt Consulting for Rs.5416 and now no response even when we call. Can we all join together and sew these thieves under cyber crime. My no is 7448802689. Let's try to get our money and find out who is the fraud behind this.
