My issue isn't resolved. Their regional managers says that even if I go to consumer court, no issue, as its written in policy. Even if its in policy, its illegal. Even after 2 years, its working absolutely fine. Many new models are available now. I would suggest go for a Wireless PSC if it comes under your budget. As it can be connected to your router and you can print from any devices like desktop, laptop, mobile, tabs, etc.

Thanks for heads-up friends. I thought its being part of TIMES its a well branded agency. They lured me about abroad opportunities, I was planning to pay Rs.1300. God bless you for sharing this information. I am not going to fall in their trap.

Dont waste time waiting for their delivery. They are fraud, they'll never send you anything. Immediately call your bank and ask them to revert the charges made to Kaunsa.com

true. Dont buy from Kaunsa.com. They put the product prices, a little lesser than the market prices. Its their trap. They take your money and never deliver the product.
