i have been trying to find a service center for my eureka forbes vaccuum cleaner. the paul complex office has closed down but internet search shows it in top find. a number is written there...9028209662,,,the gentleman tells me from 5 days that person is coming in one hour. today finally when I raised my voice he gives me one mr waseem no. 9021938285 and told me that mr.waseem will attend my complaint today itself. mr waseem tells me that lodge complaint at the eureka forbes no.and somebody will come whenever!!!

i have been using eureka forbes vacuum cleaners since last 20 yrs....and this is my 4th unit. I have never faced a problem in service or functioning. this piece that I got is giving me problems from day three and nobody is ready to attend.

friends...think before you buy eureka forbes product in nagpur atleast!!! here people have no concept of service at all...

hopeless and disgusting after sales service from EF.
