Hi,


Dont ever make the mistake of buying KENT products. I bought and installed a Kent UV Water purifier September 08. from the very 3rd day I started getting less output. the company claims 60lts/hour ie 1liter per minute. the output I was getting was 1lt in 2.45min!!!


when I complained abt it I was told that its new so will take 3 months to settle down. still same problem continued. after repeated calls and email I was convinced to believe that personnel will come and sort out the problem.problem lessened to 1lt/2min!!!!


when I demanded that eithr replace the machine as it cud be manufacturing problem..the head incharge mr maneesh lamba who is the most rude and uncouth character in the industry -i can bet on that. since his subordinates were not able to sort my problem I was asked to contact him. when I did contact mr.maneesh lamba he was so rude enough to tell me that he as other work to do than attend customer complaints!!!IN TODAYS SERVICE INDUSTRY WHERE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IS THE MAIN OBJECTIVE!!!


he asked me to call after 2 days so I did again and he simply said he cannot help me and I cud do what I wanted to.


kent local person in nagpur,mr rohit vaswani stopped answering my calls.


my problem of less output is still not solved. nobody replies to my email complaints nor they give a proper answer on teh cell/phone.


my sincere advise would be not to buy any kent product in nagpur atleast as the after sales service is very poor and the employees are most foolishly rude.


it is no use even filing a suit as that will be a waste of my time!!!
