i have been regularly booking tickets on goibibo.com. they send discount vouchers too..today morning I booked one ticket and they also validated my rs5000 voucher to send. I did not receive it. on communication with them, they insisted that they cant send it manually and I did not opt for the promo code.

i spoke an executive and they are simply turning into cheat!!! beware..there are other travel portals who give same fare with no false gimmicks of discount vouchers etc.

make sure you dont fall for this and feel like a fool by the time u are done communicating with the goibibo people.
