Steps Involved in getting your images up on Google images search results:
First step is to Google for "Picasa web albums software download". Picasa web albums is a free software offered directly by Google to really help you manage all your images in one place on your computer. It also allows you to view images on your computer and it's a good substitute for windows photo viewer since picasa comes with picasa photo viewer.
Download Picasa web albums and install it on your pc.
After successfully installing Picasa web albums on your pc you can do bunch of things like gather all your images, make new albums, Arrange images according to their names and types and in different albums etc.
Now make an album and synchronize it online to Google images.
Synchronizing your albums to Google images storing server enables you to access those images world wide.
Synchronizing images is simple and all you need to do is login with your gmail id and your picasa web albums will be sinked to your email id.
Open your Google plus profile, go to images and now here you have three options to play around:
