Karbon mobiles. the worst product service., and also the products are worst. I had submitted my mobile at service center on Nov 2013, and was suppose to receive back by dec,2013 aprox with repaired or replaced, but till date had not received and updates on status also. When ever called on service center or do visit to service center they simply says it will take time, and when we get tempered or ask for the reason, they says " its like this only. you can do what ever you can do."
