The worst service under the roof of MTNL, Aksh one and one to provide IPTV under the roof of MTNL, has worst service round the clock, as a long relation with MTNL, I applied for IPTV from MTNL, which is provided by AKSH IPTV PVT LTD, In a month more than a week service is seen down, when ever called, says some up-gradation is going on and we will rectify the issues very soon, and really with in a couple of hours its gets rectify., By 1st week of every month, their engineers comes to house without fail to collect the recharge amount, Now after tolerating the Disgusting service for longtime, I request for disconnection, in the month of Dec'2012, was told with in 48 hours some one will come and take the equipment, and within 21 days (2 weeks) Cheque will be issued for Refund of deposit amount , which will be courier to you, but till date (25-2-2013) no one has came to collect the equipment nor I have received the Refund amount, now when ever I call to their tollfree no 126555 they say no refund till equipment is collected, It seems its my fault that they have till date not collected the equipment. I am just writing this blog to make other Alert, and not to subscribe any Service which is not provided directly by MTNL, Today I have sent them last time reminding mail, if not getting any reply as I haven't received till date for any of my mail in past I am going to file a complaint in the consumer court against MTNL and he is responsible for that.
