Thinking about to have an best water purifier for your home.. Think again, compare again..!

Yes buying anything for your family is not good idea. Yap some products come with good features but we are never aware of the bad features behind it. So get some home work done before you buy it. Your family is sharing your decision. I am writing my way..! I have purchase Kent Grand Plus water purifier. Why Don’t know...! We stay at Thane Check-Naka. The water supply timing of the TMC is not fixed some time it comes in mid of the day and sometimes mid of the night. So we are unable to get TMC direct water supply for drinking. Hence on regular basis we used overhead storage tank as the common source for the drinking water. Most of the time water comes in yellowish color, that is understood that water pipeline has rusted, but sometimes it also comes in blackish color, with worst smell, It is than understood that some where the pipeline has broken and the Gutter water is getting mixed with it. It will takes couple of weeks to solve this problem. All this where my main problems that I consider before buying it. I gone through this mouth-shut general review also, Also I searched different types of available water purification system in the world, I compared with purification of Russia, Germany, UAE, Japan, China, United State, and India also. All have much more different solutions for water purification. As their water source is more superior to what we have. So I just readied all the function of the purification system. Then I also readied the same with Indian brands. Also I took the survey in the local market, Some told only to buy the Big Brand any product, Some told to go for only UV based as it is old and tested, new RO system is untested, Some told only go for the RO system only if you are using bore well water, Some told just used common water filter used from centuries, All this modern technology is just waste of money, But I know they all are money making people, have no interest in solving my problem. So I took my own decision. Which was fixed. I again took the manuals of various products available in the market and gone through it, All have some unique features, no one says disadvantages behind it. So I need to have more deep research. So I did my home work.” Match the following. “ UV products – The proven technology in the world, but how much do we need no one knows. Much of the Companies UV filters comes with Max of 7-9watt UV Lamp, and has no indication for the failure or malfunction of the LAMP. Some has Buzz but only if it’s completely dead. Again what make the difference in Watt? It is also proved that at 9watt also micro viruses gets activated again in two hours. Most of the time UV only deactivate the viruses, it does not kills. They says that they kills the DNA of them so that no further reproduction of viruses can occur. Its true also. But still it is not tested on particular Watt. It’s only said that UV does it. Any ways its companies cost cutting solution of using which UV lamp. Disadvantage of the UV is it does not helps in maintaining water minerals. If water contains harmful minerals, UV won’t filter it. It will allow the filter to pass it for drinking. Its again very dangerous. Just like pure salt without IODINE. RO system that came’s recently was only to solve this purpose. But again only RO also does not help. Its again requires TDS system. Which in every brand does not comes. So again this types of product where also not suitable for me. “Kent Grand Plus” only has all this features, RO + UV + TDS Balanced system. It also comes with 11 watt UV Lamp which is not seen in any other brand. Its also has Micro Membrane Filter that removes additional impurities that normal membrane filter fails to clear. In all its work in 5 stage filtration. Yep it’s too costly as compare to others but features are very useful as compare to others. Other Disadvantage is RO systems requires high pressure water source, which the tap water does not have, So I fixed separate small water pump to it. Which solved my problem of installing It. The only worst it’s the Service part. They are very very worst in service part. So think again. I have done little compromise on its service part. Because I needed to have perfect solution. So if you also need to have the perfect solution than go for only “Kent Grand Plus Mineral RO” don’t go for Pride or any other models of the same brand. Again it’s waste. Only GRAND PLUS is good.
