I wanted to shift from Sion Circle to Mulund and called them for a quote. They came and quoted Rs. 18k. I had no clue about what should be the rates, so I called Professional Packers. They quoted 6k, and did a good job. I am now trying to get back the refund of 3k which Agarwal has taken from my Dad

well said. However policy holders are too lazy to go to cerc or irda. Irda should suo moto check such practices. However, you should also remember that employees (who actually do not care about policy holders or shareholders) are there for only a short time...

from a fan I have turned anti Templeton. Staff is no longer well informed. Knowledge levels have slumped, performance has slumped....as they say, they have come a long way indeed!

i agree with Kathivaran. It is not about trust, it is about knowing there is a conflict between what is good for hdfc, for the bank (it gets 70% commission!), and what is good for you. If you do not do ANY research, blame yourself, not the bank. Sad but true people do more research for a 4k dvd, but read more...

too generic. Clearly the author is an agent of the company and not a real end user. Websites like this should also ask the 'author' to identify whether they are a company employee, a company agent or a real end user. That will alllow us to know if there is a bias
