I agree with yadv that we can't blindly trust Mr. Masood. At the same time we should also not discourage Mr. Khan with whom I have been talking periodically and I find him quite reasonable person who is making earnest efforts to pave a way for getting refund of our money. I think limser wants to say that by the time the fresh cheques are issued i.e. Jan. 2010 which seees to be further delayed by another month - it works out to be 7 months from Aug. 09 to Feb. 10. His apprehension is that the cheques may get time-barred. Am I correcr Mr. Limser.....?
