I agree with you totally on customer service front... IVRS menu is pathetic and wait time is horrible!!! They don't even tell how long a person needs to wait, i mean approximate wait time, which is usually told these days with other customer care ones!!! A good read though!!! Good review about the 'Dhakkan' airline!!! The catch on the percentage factor very boldly printed in their ad is a little star with that!!! If you read it carefully, it clearly says 97% on-time where on-time means within 3 hours of scheduled departure and non-weather reasons!!! :D Keep writing read more...
