You should try out www.uread.com for buying books. I ordered three titles today and the customer care is very good. Even the discounts, are much better than other book sites I've seen.

Not that I faced a problem as grave as you did, but you should try out uRead.com (www.uread.com) in case you're shopping online for books. They have as big a collection of books.
