Nice review, i also own their membership n i tell you they r not at all professional. Customer care as always sucks. I'm having 2 movies - 1 in DVD and and 1 in VCD, DVD got struck in the end and 2nd VCD refused to run on any of my players ;) Regards, Arun

None of the companies worries about customer stisfaction. They are here to make short term profits only. Lack of awareness among the people about exploring their legal options gives them more strength. regards, Arun

i can provide you with 2 more persons who are facing this similar kinda problem with 5310 and 5610 N if you have enough time then i think you can survey urself too.
@smart : i'll do that n post you the difference . and you sure did save INDIAN OIL from me. :D @prasad: Buddy i get my bike serviced on time so dunno if airfilter gets dirty so early in 2 -3 months but still i'll get it checked and yes Shell Petrol is really gud rest all well i need to tr read more...
I'm actually following the same way only thing is i fill it for 8 litres instead of 1. I feel the petrol punp is also playing its part in this problem by fluking on the volume of petrol. I guess now i need to write a review on INDIAN OIL too. :-)
