I completely agree with you as I had the same experience. I would have called them more than 50 times and sent more than 10 emails but there's no revert from them. I completely agree with you. There is no problem in being an aggregator but issue is of the ownership. I had similar issues with the sub-standard product quality and pathetic support. Had to return the products and currently fighting for refund

I couldn't agree more with you. I followed the protocol and filed a complaint with National Consumer Helpline.
