Got the refund. My Trip ID is 1007296784. Would have been nicer if this had not happened. My account got debited, I still had to buy the ticket for which I had to find new money. If I wait for your refund, then the fare goes up! Thanks

Extremely well articulated and analysed. I agree that it is better to wait, see and then take a decision. However, if as you premise, the add on services like SMS etc are restricted to Reliance alone, it is a waste! You lose your money and end up with a showpiece!!

I agree with Kamini. All the new banks are good at selling but very poor in service. ICICI bank seems to be a part of the family which wants to do everything badly! I recommend HDFC Bank to her.
