You cannot help me. All your agents are inefficient - at least the ones assigned to my case. Please check with all your agents and let them fulfill all the pending items. This is the same response you provide for a not so good review! I am fed up of waiting for a good service. When I raised a customer complain it was not addressed properly. It’s been 6 months and I am not keen on pursuing with the potential solution you will offer!
