also, I would like to know that after how much time did your machine start giving problems? was there any charge by the engineer for visiting? was the complaint resolved even after signing off the 'case-closed' form? Thanks.
Hi, Since you have (whole heartedly) recommended IFB, and being a troubled IFB washing machine user, I could not stop myself from commenting against this recommendation. The IFB after sales service ''Does Not Exist'' even after you have purchased an AMC. read my experience here:

you should wait for some more time... and let the warranty expire, then only it will show its true colours. You will then get to know everyone in the service centre and call centre as well.
