It's completely true! In beginning it used to be customer oriented, but now nobody gives a damn to customers. I wasted 5 days on sale and resolve the issue, tweeted hundred tweets, facebook posts, mails, calls BUT NO ONE even tried to help. They had Sofware design issues coz of which my anoth read more...
