Travelguru I think is one of the most trust-worthy sites for hotel bookings in India. The other websites don't even have any good hotel deals. Travelguru does and there is always an assurance of good service.

I think Travelguru.com is one of the best websites for booking hotels online. The company I work for always books hotels on it and we've never had any complaints so far.

It may have been a one-time thing. Travelguru is a reliable site to book hotels online and I've used it several times myself. I've never had any problems.
