Well said Vijayparchani. They are giving fake promises to show the reviews better. They don't care for customers. They indirectly says 'Goods once sold will not be taken care'

I confirm this issue got resolved. Thanks Max Life. You must have done this when I registered a complaint with Max Life or at least when I escalated my complaint to all 3 levels in Max Life.
