One month and still claim is on hold. They are asking me to search for the agent with whom I bought policy. Is he my agent or their agent? I also researched and going that Future Generali had the list claim settlement ratio of less than 70% as per IRDA website.

I had a horrible experience with Just Books, Magarpatta City, Pune. The lady Sujata was extremely rude and was using unprofessional language. HSBC are biggest cheaters. I just wrote review about their cash on EMI and how they tried to cheat me big time. On the contrary, Citibank is much much better, honest and transparent.

Please don't go for the Su-Kam name. I also fell for the name and thought that Su-Kam is Japanese brand. It has nothing to do whatsoever with Japanese Technology.
