Jogia... I think you got restless after reading the customer feedback. The customers will never speak nonsence. Its always the service staffs. If the customer has not had this un pleasant experience he/she wouldnt have spend time to write the feelings out. So start listening to your customers rather read more...

I do agree that HSR Snap and their staffs $ucks. I have paid for annual membership on which they promised dietitian consultation, free fitness analysis and 3 free training sessions. but the byke has soo much of manufacturing defects... and the after sales service sucks...
Moreover, None will be interested to troubleshoot a brand new product. We are not buying the new laptops to troubleshoot and learn, and i do not have that kind of time also. Dell service was excellent, but not it is the worst amoung any of the crapiest services...
I too also faced the same situation.
