Mr Gopalan, once you have subscribed to Tata-sky, the dish , adapter and set-top box become your problem as tata sky will neither take it back nor provide any free service to replace or rectify a non functional part. I too am facing problem with Tata sky and would not recommend this brand to anyone. I have a 5 year old connection and the set-top box just stopped functioning. The cost of replacement is rs1000/- which a customer must bear. What a loot. !! Nishant Chopra
