Wait for 30 days from your date of request for the correction of the discrepancy. I hope it will be solved by then. If not then drop them an email that you will approach Banking Ombudsman. I believe Puri beach is one of finest beaches. Been there several times. Once on the day of coming back I cancelled our train tickets and stayed a couple of days more and then came back by booking in Tatkal ?? @asthayaduvan
