THEY GIVING INTEREST BUT NOT MAINTAINING OUR RECORDS SO WE CAN NOT ABLE TO VIEW ALL OUR INVESTED DETAILS & AMOUNT WITHDRAW DETAILS. NOT KNOWING HOW THE WITHDRAW WORK. IS THEY RETURN BASIC AMOUNT, INTEREST AMOUNT OR BOTH ? THERE SHOULD BE A SYSTEMATIC OPTION TO SEE ALL THE FINANCIAL TRANSACTIONS.

APP IS OK & WORKING WELL. BUT THEY SHOULD PROVIDE PASS BOOK FOR OUR INVESTMENT & WITHDRAW AMOUNT DETAILS. LONG TIME INVESTOR NOT ABLE TO CHECK IT. THE TRANSACTION SECTION OF THE APP IS NOT THAT MUCH FINE SO PASS BOOK IS VERY GOOD LIKE PAYTM.

I can't belive this. My experience is too bad with Kaunsa. Last 1 month they are only responding on mail but not asking to Supplier, not giving replacement & not giving refund. Yes. I also think that we cant do any thing currently. We should give some time to the management to resolve this problem.
