I taken ILife insurance policy through online by using my credit card one year back. This year they have automatically debited the amount from this credit card saying to the Banker that I have given the authorization. Which is absolutely wrong. The Product is good but the response from the AVIVA Team soo pathetic. I have taken this policy one year back got the medicals and got the policy document perfectly.
