i have always spoken about ethical issues with their business. Anyways you are not the first customer to have ordered a new book and got a used book. Good luck to those adventurous to try them out.

Completely agree, they are a major waste of time. Well represented with Positive PR profiles on Mouthshut though.

I think people are smart enough to make a decision without the incessant Positive PR from appus. Personally, I would feel safer buying from websites such as Landmark which is a known and credible company.
@appus- I think you need to take a break on your constant positive PR for flipkart. How am I to ensure that my personal address details given on that website will be safe? Ofcourse Mr Sachin, Coming from the CEO of Flipkart, I am sure this is an impartial response. I have only issued a discretion to users , Every User has all the freedom to choose whether they would like to consider my opinion or not.
I have already mentioned about Doubts on their Ethics/ Credibility especially with relation to Book prices, you seem to have come public with this issue too. Due to this I would refrain from giving my Address and other contact details on Flipkart. They certainly have PR guys on the website , who read more...

There are certainly a lot of PR guys on Mouthshut for Flipkart. There is no doubt about this. I had raised ethical issues on Flipkart business practices (Read my review: on the Main page) . @appus- You do not seem to get the point. It is not about complaining on prices of a book after an Order. It is about ETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICE in the books industry, If not now, this issue is going to come up soon in the future.
First, you do not display the Foreign currency rate on your website, Only the converted INR price. On that note, what is the rate of conversion being used by Flipkart for the month? I am not talking about the Imported books that are imported by Distributors . In those cases , you can Mark down MRP and are giving a 3 day delivery period.
