I guess all apartments have their pros and cons and its upto the buyer to make up his mind after weighing all options. Nevertheless, I concur with you...first impressions are often the last impressions :)

guys you are most welcome to come to my place and check the bill out....both me and my friend got 0 bill and there were no taxes cos there was no room rent as it was a promotional offer!! You are lucky u dint get the card....I got the card and found lot of silly extra charges on the same so I had ot cancelled...For eg they charge u a fee if u dont use the card for 60 days or more...Also if u default on a payment, then both the primary and the add on card get charged the late payment Read More...
