Ask any allottee, and they will say what is the progress of this project. Expected to handover the project by November 2012 for 1st phase and May 2013 for 2nd and 3rd phase, now even the 1st phase is not going to complete in 2 years time. The inside persons are now started writing to get some positive review . To find out the real face of this builder please do a search in karnataka highcourt website, bangalore consumer redressal forum and other sites. more than 50 cases are already filed against this builder for wrongdoing.

What is written by the reviewer is true and correct
' Pity is on those who have booked in C and D block - that is just a token advance and not a formal booking. The builder can play devil by increasing per square feet costs and a more aggressive payment schedule because C&D blocks’ construction will commence 4 months from now.
