Customer care support is worst in all the ways

I paid for 12 months advance payment, I didn’t got receipt. I sent 2 times mails but no response.

  1. I tried to download bill but not downloading in all browsers.

  2. continuously advertisement mails comes but no response for mails.

  3. 7 months back also I sent a mail but no action.

Dont take act, the reason that time wasting in all these ways also counts for our expense.
