I had been cheated by ACT billing team, close to Rs. 1200.
I had taken the connection on 26th Nov’16 and wiring was done on 30th Nov’16. Connection failed on 10th or 11th Dec’16 and there was no connection till 9th Feb’17. Again in March first week 4-5 days there were no connection.
I had sent mails and recorded all information but the problem with ACT is they do not provide ticket number or respond to my mail.
I had received the bill for all 3 months & 2 days, which is Rs.3201 now. Actual bill needs to Rs. 2000 or 2100(since I had paid 1st month bill & installation fee in advance).
